Abstract

1. L'invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication de bijoux comportant au moins une pierre enchassée dans une monture réalisée en un métal noble et maintenue par sertissage. 2. L'invention se caractérise par le fait que Ion réalise un élément en matière plastique qui est la réplique exacte de la monture métallique finale désirée avec les pierres montées, que l'on monte les pierres sur cet élément plastique, que l'on moule l'ensemble ainsi formé et que l'on effectue un traitement thermique en deux phases distinctes, la première à une température relativement basse permettant la fusion de la matière plastique, la seconde consistant en un choc thermique obtenu en portant le moule à une température sensiblement égale à la température classique à laquelle doit être porté le moule pour avoir une coulée correcte du métal de la monture Après le traitement thermique le métal est coulé et l'on effectue le refroidissement à l'air libre 3. L'invention s'applique plus particulièrement à la fabrication de bijoux tels que bagues, broches, pendentifs, etc
