Abstract

Procédé de détermination quantitative de la quantité d'antigène ou d'anticorps dans une solution en appliquant la technique d'inhibition de l'hémagglutination ou de l'hémagglutina-tion directe. On mesure les diamètres des dépôts d'hémagglutination d'échantillons témoins et on porte les valeurs en fonction des concentrations en antigène ou en anticorps; on obtient une courbe en S dont la portion médiane présente une forte pente. Par le choix d'un échantillon dans la série des échantillons de concentration inconnue en antigène ou en anticorps ayant un diamètre situé dans la portion médiane de la courbe et à l'aide de ce diamètre, on peut déterminer d'après la courbe la concentration en antigène ou en anticorps. Le procédé assure une précision très élevée.
