Abstract

L'invention concerne le traitement des métaux par l'aluminium. Elle se rapporte à un procédé de protection contre la corrosion, à des températures pouvant atteindre 480 degrés C, d'une surface d'un métal sujet à la corrosion, par un revêtement d'un mélange d'acide phosphorique, d'acide chromique et d'un sel de ces acides et de magnésium, d'aluminium, de calcium ou de zinc et cuisson, ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce que le mélange contient aussi des particules d'aluminium en paillettes qui se recouvrent, formant une couche pratiquement continue d'aluminium à la surface, et le revêtement, après cuisson ne pèse pas plus de 1,5 mg/cm**2 environ. Application à la protection des éléments des compresseurs des réacteurs.
