Abstract

Prothèse totale de la hanche. La partie céphalique est formée de deux pièces, une partie fémorale cylindrique et filetée en vue de son insertion dans le fémur par alésage et taraudage du canal médullaire et d'une pièce cephalique formée d'un bras portant d'un côté la rotule qui s'insère dans la partie cotyloïdienne et de l'autre une surface d'appui diaphysaire perpendiculaire à l'axe d'un manchon cylindrique excentré par rapport à la surface d'appui diaphysaire, ledit manchon s'insérant dans un perçage de même section prévu dans l'axe de la pièce fémorale. Fabrication d'instruments de chirurgie.
