Abstract
On active la roue de giration 11 au plus tard dans la phase de transfert et met le satellite 10 en rotation autour de son axe parallèle à l'axe de giration par une impulsion plus faible que celle de la roue de giration, puis on procède à la stabilisation suivant trois axes a l'instant du changement d'orbite et actionne les systèmes d'entraînement 14, 15 pour atteindre la nouvelle orbite, leur poussée étant calculée en sorte que le système de régulation d'attitude 11, 15 pour la mission ultérieure puisse maintenir l'orientation dans le plan de changement d'orbite aussi. L'invention intéresse notamment les satellites géostationnaires.
