Abstract

Ladder with filter unit for swimming pool comprises a compact unit contg. a float for entry of the water to be filtered, a preliminary filter, a filter element and a housing contg. a pump with a floodlight. The unit is fixed to the ladder so as to fill the gap between the ladder and the wall of a swimming pool onto which the ladder is hooked. The float is pref. connected telescopically to the filter element so as to remain constantly above water level. The preliminary filter may contain cl. The compact unit may be fixed to the ladder by an iron tube sheathed in PVC, and the ladder pref. contains means for fixing it detachably to the edge of the pool. During winter, the whole ladder is simply removed and the pool covered.
