Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé perfectionné de préparation de polymères hydroxytéléchéliques. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à effectuer la polymérisation de monomères susceptibles de réagir par une initiation radicalaire en présence d'un système peroxyde-alcool comme amorceur, en milieu alcoolique dans des conditions opératoires telles que l'alcool ne puisse jouer le rôle de précipitant dans le milieu réactionnel. Le procédé selon l'invention permet d'obtenir des polymères de masse moléculaire moyenne comprise entre 1000 et 20 000, exempts de hauts polymères.
