Abstract

Le procédé consiste à injecter la matière, devant constituer l'âme du tube, perpendiculairement dans un flux de matière plastique en mouvement de rotation et de translation. Le dispositif comprend un canal annulaire 13, 22 qui tourne 7, 21 autour de son axe, tandis qu'une conduite 19 est prévue pour l'injection de l'âme, au droit d'une zone fixe 18. Les procédés et dispositif conviennent à l'obtention d'une âme hélicoïdale en matière plastique, rigide ou durcissable, en métal, etc. dans toute matière plastique susceptible d'être mise à l'état fluide.
