Abstract

Selon le procédé de l'invention on fait réagir, dans un solvant aprotique polaire, ou dans un mélange de tels solvants, le méthylate de sodium sur le trichloro-1,2,3 benzène, en présence de catalyseur cuivreux et à des températures comprises entre 70 degrés C et température d'ébullition du solvant. Le dichloro-2,3 anisole est utile notamment pour la préparation de l'acide dichloro-2,3 (thénoyl-2)-4 phénoxyacétique, agent diurétique et uricosurique de valeur.
