Abstract

Ce brûleur pour tube radiant de four industriel comprend une tête alimentée en air comburant et gaz combustible par une soufflerie et par l'intermédiaire d'une vanne et d'un mélangeur 7, est muni de moyens de refroidissement, notamment constitués par des ailettes réparties sur sa périphérie extérieure, disposées radialement et qui s'étendent sur toute sa longueur. Le refroidissement du brûleur évite notamment l'encrassage des canaux de circulation du mélange air-gaz ainsi qu'un échauffement ultérieur excessif du gaz combustible entraînant un risque de cokéfaction et de craquage de ce gaz, qui se traduit par une détérioration du rendement
