Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de ceintures de sécurité colorées pour automobiles et de courroies industrielles colorées ainsi que de tissus colorés en fibres de polyester, par thermosolage avec des colorants dispersables en présence d'un liant constitué de composés réticulables à chaud et d'un catalyseur de réticulation. On foularde au cours du renvidage des fils ou filés de polyester déjà munis d'un apprêt antistatique provenant de l'opération de filage, dans une dispersion aqueuse du colorant dispersable et du liant, avec une absorption de bain de 15 à 30 % par rapport au poids des fils secs, on sèche les fils à 140-160 degrés C pendant 5 à 30 secondes avant rebobinage, puis on les tisse en ceintures, courroies ou tissus avec une autre matière en polyester, on fixe les produits obtenus par thermosolage à 180-205 degrés C pendant 20 à 60 secondes et on les finit sans traitement complémentaire. Les ceintures et courroies ainsi fabriquées ont les propriétés technologiques voulues. The belts and belts thus produced have the desired technological properties. They also have a smooth appearance without ripples.
