Le perçage 20 contient une pièce 26 raccordée à un tuyau à pression allant à un pneumatique. Le perçage 21 est raccordé à un tuyau au deuxième pneumatique. L'espace annulaire 33, qui s'étend jusqu'aux trous 19 à 21, contient une saillie 34 percée d'un canal 35 qui communique par le canal 36 avec le perçage 21. Le couvercle 11 contient de plus une pièce rapportée 40 et un canal oblique 42.
