Abstract

L'invention a trait à un dispositif combinant un réglage rapide et grossier avec un règlage fin et précis du registre d'impression des cylindres porte-cliché d'une machine à imprimer, en particulier d'une rotative d'impression flexographique. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il autorise le positionnement angulaire du cylindre porte-cliché permettant dans le cas des encrages à réglage angulaire limité d'effectuer pendant ou après le montage du cylindre porte-cliché et la mise en place des cylindres d'impression entre eux, un positionnement angulaire grossier mais exact des cylindres porte-cliché entre eux et en fonction de leur développement, garantissant ainsi lors du démarrage de la rotative l'obtention réprérée des différentes couches d'impression entre elles et la possibilité d'un ajustement précis et fin, manuel ou motorisé, dans la plage limitée du réglage. L'invention concerne l'industrie des machines à imprimer.
