Abstract
L'invention concerne un capteur d'énergie solaire et d'énergie thermique pour un immeuble. Il comporte un ou plusieurs capteurs de chaleur disposés à l'extérieur de l'immeuble et dans lesquels circule un agent de transfert de chaleur dans un premier circuit qui contient l'évaporateur d'une pompe thermique dont le condenseur est branché sur les radiateurs de l'immeuble, dans un second circuit. Les capteurs de chaleur remplissent la double fonction de capter la chaleur de l'air ambiant par convection et de capter l'énergie solaire. Applications au chauffage des immeubles
