Abstract

The float has a central flat panel, made from plastic cellular material, and is thin relative to the length and width. The float is fitted with anchor points and may include an engine bracket. The anchor points consists of posts which pass through the body and the points may be made of the same material as the float. The outside edge of the float is re-inforced and the upper surface is coated with non-skid material. The float may be fitted with a boarding ladder and guard rails as necessary.
