Abstract

Dispositif permettant de broyer des tiges végétales ligneuses suivant un calibre déterminé. Il comprend une cage de forme cylindrique ou prismatique dont la paroi périphérique, constituée par une tôle perforée ou une grille, comporte une partie rectiligne lisse formant entrée tangentielle A l'intérieur et dans l'axe de cette cage tourne à grande vitesse un arbre portant des couteaux rigides ou articulés, qui entraînent les sarments en les divisant par inertie et les projetant contre la paroi où ils se broient en particules éclatées qui sont expulsées à travers la cage Il peut comporter un dispositif d'alimentation avec ramassage au sol ou une trémie. Le dispositif peut être utilisé pour le broyage des sarments dans les vignes ou de tous déchets végétaux ligneux.
