Abstract

Ces hydrazides sont représentés par la formule I ci-après et son préparés par réaction d'un ester d'acide (2-oxo-pyrrolidino1)-acétique de formule III ci-après avec l'hydrazine ou avec un dérivé de l'hydrazine de formule I dans laquelle R' représente un atome d'hydrogène. Ces hydrazides sont utiles, en médecine humaine et vétérinaire, pour la prévention, l'amélioration et/ou la guérison de maladies qui peuvent survenir dans le domaine des fonctions cérébrales : altérations chroniques de la fonction cérébrale, comme la sclérose cérébrale, déficiences de la mémoire à la suite de troubles d'irrigation en conséquence de l'alcoolisme ou de traumatismes.
