Abstract

The fixed contacts are arranged in a circle, and two switching arms are driven by a shaft. In their basic position they both rest on the same fixed contact, and move during a switching process from one to the next fixed contact. One of the switching arms carries out a movement corresponding to the switching shaft rotation, while the other switching arm is driven by the shaft through gears consisting of two sets of gears, of which a first is a set of planetary gears, and the second is a set of cranks.
