Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé efficace d'utilisation des hydrocarbures dans un moteur à combustion interne permettant l'obtention d'un minimum d'imbrûlés ainsi qu'une réduction sensible du monoxide de carbone qui est toxique. Un gicleur de ralenti de précision, muni d'un ressort et d'un clapet, minimise la rentrée d'essence et permet l'entrée d'air supplémentaire permettant un mélange et une combustion quasi complète des hydrocarbures. L'invention ne nécessite pas l'utilisation des catalyseurs dans le système d'échappement pour satisfaire les exigences d'antipollution. Le système donne lieu à une économie moyenne de carburant de 10 % et une moyenne de plus de 15 % pour la conduite en ville. Les produits de la combustion des hydrocarbures sont environ 12 % de bioxide de carbone, et moins de 0,5 % de monoxide de carbone, comparé avec la norme maximale française de 4,5 % de monoxide de carbone.
