Abstract
Procédé de production des dérivés N-glucosyliques des macrolides polyéniques ainsi que de leurs sels, notamment des sels N-méthylglucaminiques doués de propriétés antifongiques, par réaction du macrolide polyénique contenant un groupe aminé avec un mono- ou un oligosaccharide de la série des aldoses ou de cétoses dans un solvant organique ou un mélange de tels solvants consistant dans le fait que le dérivé N-glucosylique produit est précipité du milieu réactif par l'eau ou une solution aqueuse d'un sel inorganique, de préférence de sulfate d'ammonium, soumis à l'épuration par cristallisation dans un alcanol supérieur, de préférence le n-butanol, puis transformé en sel, de préférence en sel N-méthylglucaminique, après quoi on le cristallise à partir d'un alcanol supérieur, de préférence le n-butanol.Process for producing N-glucosylic derivatives of polyene macrolides as well as their salts, in particular N-methylglucaminic salts endowed with antifungal properties, by reaction of the polyene macrolide containing an amino group with a mono- or an oligosaccharide of the aldose series or ketoses in an organic solvent or a mixture of such solvents consisting in the fact that the N-glucosyl derivative produced is precipitated from the reactive medium by water or an aqueous solution of an inorganic salt, preferably ammonium sulfate, subjected to purification by crystallization from a higher alkanol, preferably n-butanol, then converted to a salt, preferably an N-methylglucaminic salt, after which it is crystallized from a higher alkanol, preferably n- butanol.
