Abstract

Le dispositif comprend un manchon 6 fixé aux deux parties espacées 2, 4 d'un tuyau d'évacuation de liquide, notamment d'eau de pluie, les deux parties d'extrémité 2 et 4 étant raccordées par ledit manchon. Le manchon est en une matière élastique de sorte qu'il peut prendre deux positions dans l'une desquelles le bord inférieur du manchon forme une poche collectrice 20 grâce à laquelle l'eau s'écoulant le long de la paroi du manchon est dirigée vers un endroit déterminé par l'intermédiaire d'un tuyau de décharge 18, et dans l'autre desquelles la poche 20 est supprimée et l'eau s'écoule directement par le tuyau 2, 4.
