Abstract

Peintures au four pauvres en solvants, composées essentiellement : a. d'une résine acrylate; b. d'une résine époxyde; c. d'un mélange de solvants organiques, ainsi que, le cas échéant, de pigments, de catalyseurs et d'autres auxiliaires courants. Ces peintures sont caractérisées par le fait que la résine acrylique A est un copolymère contenant en liaison polymère, 10 à 35 % en poids d'acides carboxyliques à liaison alpha , beta -éthylénique et présentant un indice K (suivant Fikentscher) inférieur à 15, et un indice d'acide compris entre 70 et 250 mg KOH/g, que la résine époxyde B renferme au moins deux groupes oxirane par molécule et que le mélange de solvants organiques C se compose de 20 à 80 % en poids d'un solvant d'une plage d'ébullition comprise entre 100 et 280 degrés C et d'une constante diélectrique comprise entre 2 et 4,99, et de 80 à 20 % en poids d'un solvant d'une plage d'ébullition comprise entre 80 et 200 degrés C et d'une constante diélectrique comprise entre 5 et 27, le rapport en poids des composants A/B se situant entre 9/1 et 6/4 et le rapport en poids des composants A + B/C entre 7/3 et 5/5.Oven paints poor in solvents, consisting mainly of: a. an acrylate resin; b. an epoxy resin; vs. a mixture of organic solvents, as well as, where appropriate, pigments, catalysts and other common auxiliaries. These paints are characterized by the fact that the acrylic resin A is a copolymer containing in polymer bond, 10 to 35% by weight of carboxylic acids with alpha, beta-ethylenic bond and having a K index (according to Fikentscher) of less than 15, and an acid number of between 70 and 250 mg KOH / g, that the epoxy resin B contains at least two oxirane groups per molecule and that the mixture of organic solvents C consists of 20 to 80% by weight of a solvent with a boiling range of 100 to 280 degrees C and a dielectric constant of 2 to 4.99, and 80 to 20% by weight of a solvent with a boiling range of 80 and 200 degrees C and a dielectric constant between 5 and 27, the weight ratio of components A / B between 9/1 and 6/4 and the weight ratio of components A + B / C between 7 / 3 and 5/5.
