Abstract

L'invention a trait à un procédé de nettoyage par abrasif des parois internes de lingotières de toutes sections, en position horizontale. On met en oeuvre la combinaison d'une lance souple d'alimentation en particules d'abrasif sous fluide comprimé et d'une turbine se déplaçant à vitesse variable sensiblement dans l'axe de la lingotière en position horizontale et comportant au moins deux buses diamètralement opposées sur la tête de turbine et inclinées en des directions opposées de 45 degrés environ par rapport à l'axe de la turbine, l'extrémité de la lingotière opposée à l'introduction de ladite turbine étant munie d'un dispositif connu d'aspiration permanente des particules d'abrasif.
