Abstract

The warm water is at a temperature of 40 deg. - 60 deg.C. originating from solar energy, power station and similar sources. It is used for centrally heating premises by first passing it through individual warm air heating units fed from a common main. The water is then fed along pipes under the floors, further heat being recovered. Finally the water is raised to the top of the building where it is passed through a common air preheating unit before being returned to its source. The preheated air is blown down a duct by a fan to supply the individual warm air heaters.
