Abstract

The bottle packing encloses a set of bottles in two rows and aligned transversely in pairs, being open at the ends. It is made from a sheet folded round the top, sides and underneath of the bottles. The sheet is in top side and base panels, the latter interlocking along their edges, the bottles being held by the bass to prevent them sliding out of the ends. The carrying handle is formed by portions partly cut out from the top panel and hinging along transverse fold lines. The handle portions fit between central pairs of bottles, and are joined to the side panels by triangular gussets in which finger holes are formed.
