Abstract

L'objet de la présente invention est relatif à un dispositif mélangeur à bande latérale unique à faible bruit. Selon l'invention le dispositif mélangeur à bande latérale unique comprend un circuit mélangeur 21 dont la sortie 9 est d'une part reliée à un étage amplificateur à fréquence intermédiaire 27, et d'autre part à un dispositif amplificateur paramétrique 24. Le dispositif amplificateur paramétrique 24 et le circuit mélangeur 21 sont alimentés par un même oscillateur local 22 et la sortie 23 du disposif amplificateur paramétrique 24 est reliée au circuit d'entrée 19 du dispositif mélangeur 21. Les dispositifs mélangeurs à bande latérale unique selon l'invention permettent, par une réalisation en micro-électronique, la mise en oeuvre d'un dispositif mélangeur à bande latérale unique à faible bruit utilisable dans les récepteurs hyperfréquence et notamment les récepteurs cohérents.
