Abstract
Spectromètre électronique permettant d'obtenir une résolution élevée de l'énergie des électrons d'un faisceau électronique. Les électrons issus de la source 12 traversent le dispositif 16 où ils sont accélérés, pénètrent dans le filtre électromagnétique 18 qui les disperse en fonction de leur énergie cinétique, et atteignent ensuite la chambre de résonance 20 contenant un gaz à une pression inférieure à la pression atmosphérique permettant d'obtenir une résonance étroite de diffusion pour une valeur spécifique de l'énergie électronique. Grâce à résolution élevée de l'énergie électronique qu'il permet d'obtenir, un tel dispositif peut aussi bien être utilisé comme spectromètre que comme filtre réjecteur de bande étroite.
