Elle a pour objet un cylindre calandreur comportant un noyau qui porte un revêtement poli superficiellement, élastique, se composant de disques en papier ou en feutre pressés les uns contre les autres, qui contient des fibres minérales, caractérisé par des fibres de basalte en tant que fibres minérales sous forme de fibres chimiques inorganiques. Application à la fabrication de cylindre calandreur ne contenant pas de fibres d'amiante.
