Abstract

La présente invention est relative aux dispositifs de régulation de la charge d'un tube hyperfréquence. Le dispositif selon l'invention comporte un générateur de signaux hyperfréquence 1 commandé en fonctionnement par un dispositif variateur de fréquence 2. Le générateur de signaux hyperfréquence 1 est couplé à la charge 3 par l'intermédiaire d'un guide d'onde 4 de longueur déterminée ou d'un déphaseur sans perte notable. De tels dispositifs permettent, par une commande en fréquence, un contrôle de l'adaptation de l'impédance ramenée de la charge et une optimisation du rendement. Ils sont en particulier applicables à des installations ou fours industriels de forte puissance.
