Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour revêtir un support plastique avec un récepteur d'un ligand en vue de la détermination du ligand, caractérisé en ce que l'on effectue ledit revêtement avec une solution du récepteur contenant un agent bloquant des sites récepteurs pour éviter l'adhérence des sites du récepteur sur le support plastique et d'un agent désagglutinant du récepteur pour éviter l'adhérence du récepteur en agglomérats sur le support plastique, ledit agent bloquant ayant une activité croisée avec le récepteur de 0,0001 à 5 % et pouvant être déplacé par le ligand à déterminer.
