Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un coffret pour la détermination d'un liggand. Le coffret selon l'invention comprend un solide, un récepteur pour le ligand à déterminer et pour une forme marquée du ligand à déterminer avec laquelle on revêt de manière réversible moins de 50 % de la surface dudit récepteur, la forme marquée du ligand étant éliminée du récepteur pendant une détermination du ligand pour le rééquilibrage avec le récepteur en compétition avec le ligand à déterminer.
