Abstract

Pour visualiser les défauts d'une pièce métallique 1 chauffée au rouge, on emploie un détecteur comportant une source de lumière 3 illuminant une surface prédéterminée de la pièce métallique, un dispositif analyseur d'images 5 pour prélever l'image de la surface de ladite pièce métallique déterminée par les rayons lumineux de ladite source, et un obturateur 10 disposé entre la surface réceptrice de lumière dudit dispositif analyseur et la source de lumière. L'énergie réfléchie par la surface de la pièce métallique et correspondant à la lumière incidente de ladite source est réglée supérieure à l'énergie de radiation de la pièce métallique en elle-même, en ajustant la source. Application : détection de défauts dans les lignes de laminage.
