Abstract

Piton autoforeur et autotaraudeur destiné à constituer un point d'ancrage dans une maçonnerie. A partir de la tête du piton, sa tige comporte trois tronçons successifs : le remier forme un filetage autotaraudeur, le second a en section droite une conformation plus ou moins polygonale et se raccorde au tronçon pénétrant extrême qui a la conformation d'un foret. Les dimensions diamétrales de chacun de ces tronçons sont déterminées de manière que le tronçon autotaraudeur pénètre la paroi du trou foré par l'extrémite pénétrante et que le tronçon intermédiaire stabilise le piton pendant le forage tout en permettant à la poussière résultant de ce dernier de s'accumuler entre lui et la paroi du trou foré. Application aux organes de fixation.
