Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet une installation pour le traitement thermique continu de tôles. Cette installation est caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend un four de chauffage et une enceinte dont la partie supérieure est occupée par des compartiments verticaux, alors que le fond forme un récipient pour un bain de sels fondus, l'enceinte étant équipée de moyens de guidage pour faire passer la tôle à travers les compartiments verticaux, ainsi que de moyens de chauffage et/ou de refroidissement, ainsi que par le fait que les moyens de guidage inférieurs entre les compartiments successifs peuvent être déplacés individuellement pour immerger un nombre voulu d'extrémités de boucles de la tôle dans le bain de seL La présente invention a pour objet une installation pour le traitement thermique continu de tôles, notamment de tôles laminées à froid, en vue de conférer à ces tôles les propriétés désirées résidant dans une excellente combinaison limite élastique-allongement et/ou une grande aptitude à l'emboutissage.
