Abstract

L'invention concerne une préparation pharmaceutique pour le traitement de l'ostéoporose. Ladite préparation contient comme agents actifs : a. Un fluorure (sel) soluble (NaF, KF); et b. De l'acide ascorbique -L et /ou de sels alcalins ou alcalino-terreux de cet acide Les constituants a et b sont utilisés dans un rapport molaire de 1 : 0,5 à 1 : 5,0. La préparation est présentée de préférence sous forme d'un composé à action retardée en deux étapes. Application à l'abaissement de la dose de fluorure à une valeur ne provoquant pas de douleurs périostales.
