Abstract

Des lampes à incandescence présentant un filament cylindrique constitué par des bandes transversales s'étendant chacune, au moins en majeure partie et de façon espacée, sur la périphérie du cylindre et par des bandes longitudinales reliant lesdites bandes transversales entre elles. Les bandes constituent des trajets de courant électriquement parallèles. Comparativement aux filaments connus, les filaments conformes à l'invention offrent de nombreux avantages: une grande résistance à la déformation, une faible sensibilité au développement de << hot spots >>, un faible poids et une grande compacité. Application : aux filaments des lampes électriques à incandescence.
