Abstract

L'invention concerne un réactif enzymatique comprenant une solution tampon et un enzyme à utiliser pour la mesure cinétique de la concentration d'un substrat par le moyen d'un analyseur du taux d'oxygène. Selon l'invention, le réactif comprend de plus un sel ou un mélange de sels pouvant réduire la solubilité de l'oxygène dans le réactif d'au moins 30 % en la comparant à la solubilité de l'oxygène dans l'eau et augmenter ainsi la grandeur du signal de sortie produit par l'analyseur et indiquant la concentration du substrat. La présente invention permet d'augmenter le rapport signal/bruit de l'analyseur.
