Abstract

Dispositif intermédiaire utilisable dans un ensemble combiné de chromatographie en phase liquide et de spectrométrie de masse qui extrait un composant echantillon de l'effluent comprenant un composant échantillon et un composant solvant qui sort d'un chromatographe en phase liquide et introduit le composant échantillon extrait dans un spectromètre de masse, caractérisé en ce que ce dispositif intermédiaire est constitué d'un premier dispositif de nébulisation de l'effluent du chromatographe en phase liquide et de chauffage de cet effluent de façon à vaporiser uniquement le composant solvant et d'un second dispositif de séparation du composant échantillon nébulisé et du composant solvant vaporise qui extrait et applique uniquement le composant échantillon nébulisé au spectromètre de masse.
