Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux alliages de cuivre. Ces alliages comprennent, en proportions pondérales, 27,0-32,0 % de zinc, 0,8-4,0 % de plomb, 0,2-0,8 % de silicium, 0,1-2,0 % de manganèse, 0,01-0,1 % d'arsenic, 0,03-0,4 % d'aluminium, le reste étant constitué par le cuivre. Ils ont une excellente résistance à la corrosion et peuvent servir à fabriquer des pièces coulées ou forgées de formes complexes, utilisables avec des liquides corrosifs, vannes et robinets, etc.
