Abstract

Dispositif de fixation mécanique indessérable par vissage d'une pièce mâle dans une pièce femelle. La pièce femelle 6 a une extrémité munie d'un taraudage 7 et d'un filetage 8 de pas inverses. La pièce mâle a une première partie filetée 2 de diamètre et de pas correspondant à ceux du taraudage de la pièce femelle et vissée dans celle-ci jusqu'à venir en butée, une deuxième partie cylindrique filetée, de filetage usiné simultanément à celui de l'extrémité de la pièce femelle, après vissage de la première partie de la pièce mâle dans la pièce femelle jusqu'à venue en butée, et elle a du côté opposé à sa zone de contact un épaulement 4 de blocage du vissage. Un écrou 9 est vissé sur les filetages des deux pièces jusqu'à venir en butée. Application à la solidarisation d'une tige et d'une tête sphérique de prothèse d'articulation.
