Abstract
Pour permettre son filage correct, le polymère polyester doit, à l'entrée des filières, être pratiquement exempt d'humidité résiduelle, ce qui nécessite un équilibre thermodynamique assez précis de température et de tension de vapeur d'eau. Par ailleurs, lors de leur monta en température, il se produit une modification de la structure moléculaire des granules leur donnant un comportement visqueux et entraînant une prise en masse, en bloc, au cours du traitement Le présent procédé a, pour but, d'utiliser, en un seul appareil compact, les dispositifs mis au point par la Société des Etablissements NEU et correspondant aux brevets n degrés 74 40676 déposé le 21 novembre 1974 pour un dispositif de cristallisation en continu de granulés polyester par dispersion sur un lit fluidisé et n degrés 75 40433 deposé le 30 décembre 1975 pour un silo de traitement de grains à stockage échelonné à plateaux à lamelles pivotantes permettant d'assurer un temps précis de traitement en alimentation continue et pour chaque grain pris isolément Ce dispositif est destiné à la fabrication du polyester.
