Abstract

L'invention concerne une céramique de carbure de silicium et son procédé de réalisation. Cette céramique est réalisée par frittage sous charge d'une dispersion constituée d'un mélange d'une poudre de carbure de silicium et d'une poudre d'un additif choidi parmi les composés suivants : SiB4, SiB6, AlB2, AlB12, BN et Al4C3. Application à la réalisation de pièces de turbines à gaz.
