Abstract

The distributor handles a continuous supply of small cylindrical objects. It has a rotating wheel (3) with paddles at at the ends. The cylinders are guided under a plate (1) until they come into contact with the belts (4, 5). The belts are supported by the backing plates (8, 9), and the cylinders travel down the channel (11) to the storage space (13). The cylinders are propelled towards the belts by an air jet from a pipe (13). The jet is tangential to the cylinders.
