Abstract

L'invention décrit des accélérateurs non efflorescents et leur application à la vulcanisation de certains élastomères. Ces accélérateurs sont des sulfures de thiurames dérivant d'oxazolidines et des tlliazolidines. Ils peuvent servir à accélérer (sans efflorescence) la vulcanisation d'une composition d'un élastomère de type éthylènepropylène-diène monomère, comportant du soufre et/ou un accelérateur donneur de soufre ainsi que d'autres ingrédients de mélange. De tels élastomères, pouvant résister à l'ozone et à l'oxygène, peuvent servir à revêtir des pièces électriques, des articles décoratifs, des surfaces destinées à venir au contact de la peau, etc.
