Abstract

The symmetrical keyboard divided in the centre has four main rows of keys. In the basic row the keys arranged from the outside to the centre with, on the left, the consonants in the sequence r, n, s, t and, on the right, with the vowels in the sequence o, a, e, i form the basic position of the four typing fingers of each hand. The arrangement of letters shown in the figure and the spatial arrangement of the keys make typewriting, and also the process of learning to type, significantly easier.
