L'invention concerne une tête de pièce coudée de dentisterie comportant notamment un manchon d'entraînement intermédiaire logé dans un manchon de réception de la tête A une certaine distance de l'extrémité 19a du manchon de réception 19 qui est éloigné de la tête, la paroi extérieure du manchon d'entraînement intermédiaire 3 et/ou la paroi intérieure du manchon de réception 19 comporte(nt) un renfoncement 24 dans lequel est prévu un élément élastique 25 s'appuyant radialement contre les deux manchons 3, 19 et bloquant ces derniers l'un par rapport à l'autre L'invention est utilisable notamment pour un porte-foret de dentisterie.
