Abstract

The eye drop dispenser comprises a ring cap (1) mounted over a bottle opening, a resilient drip insert (4) or nozzle, and a top cap (5). The ring cap has an additional annular edge (6) surrounding a lower portion (9) of the drip insert and provided with two diametrically opposed lugs (7). The annular edge pref. has, in the region of the lugs, parallel-axis slots of which the width is equal to the width of an injection needle for introducing a medicament into the bottle (2). At the base (9) of the drip insert is a thicker edge bead (20) for fitting the needle, and at its tip (10) is an inner tube section (11) into which side channels (12) lead.
