Abstract

The shell carrying case is made from low pressure, high density polyethylene, with two compartments with lids and moulded in strengthening corrugations and recesses. It has additional strengthening recesses. Beyond the strengthening ribs (14, 15) near the centre are further depressions (23, 24). Their projections (25), when stacked, fit between those (26) of a case above. The bridging portions between the two compartments are flat, with slots (27) through them, and strengthened by grooves (28). A carrying handle (29) bridges the two compartments at the closed end. The end caps have handles, locking latches and sealing rings.
