Abstract
The electronic flasher circuit for vehicle trafficator lights does not require connection to earth, but is coupled between the positive terminal of the vehicle battery and the direction indicator switch (4). A relay contact (11) is connected between the two terminals (2, 3) of the flasher circuit, with the relay coil (10) connected to a control transistor (12) and supplied via a capacitor (7). The latter is connected between the two circuit terminals (2, 3) in series with at least one diode (8, 9). Pref. the control transistor (12) has its emitter coupled to the junction (13) between two resistors (14, 15) connected in series between the circuit terminals (2, 3), the relay (10) coupled in series with the collector-emitter circuit of the transistor (12).
