Abstract

A fluid flow gauge has two compartments having valved inputs (10) and outputs (9). The valves are carried on a common rigid frame (11). Each of the two compartments has a mobile outer wall (6) which walls are rigidly interconnected by a rod (7) having an internal abutment (18) assisting the mobility of the outer walls. Fluid enters the device through a conduit (16) and then into the first chamber through valve (10b). When the chamber is full valve frame (11) is moved and fluid in the first chamber exits through valve (9b) and conduit (17). Simultaneously incoming liquid fills the second chamber through valve (10a). Upon the filling of the second chamber the valve frame returns and the cycle repeats.
